Mental Health Resources
TWU Wellness Centre
The Wellness Centre encourages developing a healthy lifestyle and recognizes there are times, especially during university life, when maintaining balance in life is difficult. The physicians and nurse are available to discuss key wellness issues such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, depression, sexual health, etc.
Counselling Services
Counselling Services are available to all athletes who are seeking help with mental health issues. This on-campus service comes free of charge to limit barriers of participation of this service.

Life Skills Program
New in 2020, the Life Skills Program was designed to deliver workshops and seminars to student athletes to help them grow in life off the field of play. These seminars are delivered by alumni and supporters of Spartan Athletics to give back, enhance the student-athlete experience, and empower the next generation of leaders. Sessions include:
